"Great survey platform"

I've found smart survey to be a great platform for online surveying in psychology student research projects

Needed something relatively simple to replace the circulating of Word documents and found the UK based Smart Survey the ideal vehicle. As expected the key to success is spending time and effort setting up the survey and once that was achieved fairly simple to run. The type of survey requires comments and marks and any problems encountered either in the set up or downloading results dealt with efficiently by the friendly support team.

We use Smart Survey mainly for gaining feedback to our annual events. The system is flexible and caters for most if not all questionnaire requirements. In truth it's probably a lot more powerful than I'm aware of. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it as an option if you're looking to gather feedback online.

We're on the Business plan that has additional features. It gives us the ability to distribute surveys via a range of channels and to track the links to enable reporting on these different distribution methods. The software is easy to use, quick, with a clean and clear interface.

Support is excellent, quickly responding to requests for help with using the software functionality or advice about question set up. Smart Survey also respond well to requests and suggestions for new features, where possible actioning them or taking them on board for future platform updates.
