I had a situation a day before I was flying, which has affected my holidays!
I have contacted Travelopick to ask a couple of things, and I have just being helped by Denzel, initially via chat, then he gave a call to explain me things better.
I have to say, he was really nice, very helpful and patient as I asked tons of questions.

Denzel was very helpful sorting out my confusion and finding cheap flights and getting good seats for me and my husband.

We were calling to find out about baggage rules/restrictions, the person I talked to said we hadn’t chosen our seats yet and that we needed to do that today. I could not hardly understand the person, which made the entire experience very difficult… also, I was told that if we (my boyfriend and I) wanted to sit next to each other we had to pay $35 each to chose our seats, but if we did it today, we would get seats next to each other in the first row, for that price. After being on hold for approximately 20 mins, the person came back on the line and DID NOT give us front row seats on either one of our flights.
At this point I had been on the phone for 35-40 minutes. I did not try to argue with him about the seats because I couldn’t hardly understand anything he was saying in the first place and when I asked him to repeat, he was VERY rude.
We will not be using this company for any future travel plans.
