The car is reserved wasn't available when i booked it but was allowed to book it. When I called back I was offered a car that was $50 more that what i was offered.

The airport car rental was a nightmare. Mass confusion, no one in the airport knew about route car rental service. It turned out to be an ofsite agency. Not many people knew how to get to the site. It took almost 2 hours to get to the office and the car that I reserved still wasn't available so I had to rent a car that cost more than I thought. Not a pleasant rental at all. I

The price for the flight is awesome. However when called to select the seat was a nightmare. The agent was definitely trying to make us select a higher cost seat. I went to the airline website and selected seats for $1 per flight instead of the $50 per flight. I certainly appreciate the low fare but felt the seat options experience was unnecessary.

Update 2/11. I received a call from c/s with an opportunity to correct my situation. I already contacted the airline directly, but certainly appreciate the return call . I am changing my review from 1 star to 3.

I was frustrated at an error that was made on my return date of a round trip for two. I received a call back that was professional and was very pleased after the conversation. I wold also like to apologize for my attitude to the young man that attempted to help me with the problem. He actually was professional in attempting to help me with the situation. I would recommend travelopick for booking
