Zero stars! Did not honor the flight we paid for online. Tried to change the flight and charge us more for the change. Then tried to change our travel dates. Then would not cancel our order without a $300 dollar fee. Watch out people SCAMMED!

"So on Wednesday February 20th"
So on Wednesday February 20th, I booked a round trip flight from Rochester to Orlando on Southwest Airlines using Travelopick as my booking agent. Very shortly after completing the purchase I discovered I had incorrectly booked the return flight from Orlando for June 25th So I immediately reached out and started chatting with Travelopick’s agent Mia. Mia said it would take a few minutes to research and it might involve an additional charge. After about five minutes she got back to me and told me she could make a change for a return on May 20th but that the change would cost $150. After thinking about the added fee I told Mia I thought the extra fee was beyond what I wanted to spend and I asked her what it would take to cancel the original purchase. Mia said that there could be additional cancellation fees as well but that she would talk with her supervisor to see what she might be able to do. After a few minutes Mia got back to me saying that the additional change fee of $150 was the best they could do. I told Mia that since it was my mistake I would okay the change. Mia then said it would take a few more minutes to make the changes. However, while Mia was making the changes she texted me back that there was had been a further review and she could now make the changes without any additional change to my original purchase price. I told her that was wonderful and I thanked her for all of her efforts on my behalf. I sincerely appreciate the effort Mia placed on assisting me
