Honestly this site is filled with fake reviews do not fall for it!! I bought a ticket off here and they decided to upcharge me last minute and request that I book a different date. Then when i wanted to cancel my booking (because they wanted to upcharge me and change my travel date) they didn’t refund me my money and I had to call and beg to get it back. DO NOT TRUST!! this is not a legit website

"Refusal to Honor Refundable Ticket"

I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience with Travelopick. My mother purchased a refundable ticket but was unable to travel due to a serious family illness. When requesting the promised refund, the customer service representative was not only unhelpful but demonstrated a shocking lack of compassion, explicitly stating, "your father-in-law's illness does not impact your mother's ability to fly." Such insensitive and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, particularly during difficult personal circumstances. I would strongly caution others considering this company, as their customer support does not appear to honor their stated refund policies or demonstrate empathy toward their customers.

Since publishing this review, my mother has had to file a dispute with her bank and once initiated, Travelopick immediately called her, harassing her to drop the bank dispute. A few days later (today, 4/7/25), Travelopick once again called my mother, falsely informing her that the Airline refunded roughly half of the purchase and they (Travelopick) talked with the bank and the dispute has been dropped. Their hope in doing this was to get my mother to accept a 50% or so refund, therefore canceling out the dispute. Thankfully, she called the bank and they assured her the dispute was still active. This level of deceit at this point is borderline criminal in my opinion. I will continue to update this review as the dispute progresses.

Floyd was very helpful in resolving my issue. Credit card company declined my purchase to investigate possible fraudulent transaction. Once I approved, the transaction, I had to call customer support to re-process my purchase. Floyd was able to get my same flight itinerary within a short period of time.

This is my second time using Travelopick.com and am very pleased with our flights and service.
