"Travelopick error and costed me"

Your website was the one who showed me an error (404 on the website). I thought I never finished booking so I went to airline website directly. I bought the ticket and was able to book successfully through the airline's website (i.e., American airlines). Then I received an email from you saying that the flight was booked. When the error page never allowed me to finish the prices. On top of that, when I called to cancel the flight with you which never actually got booked (because of the error page) I had to pay 50 USD for the cancellation. This is really bad business practices on part of you, Travelopick, because I should have not paid any cancellation fees due to your website not being functional.
