There was some confusion about not being allowed to have a carry on or checked bag for my outbound flight out of the country but Wade was able to help me complete the booking and was very patient with me during the call. Thank you Wade!

These guys scammed me. I made reservation for 198.00 and later they contacted me and said problem with C.C. my credit card company always contacts me when there is an issue and they want to verify. This company wants pictures of I.D. and credit card? I sent with all but last 4 numbers blocked out... went to bed. 3am they send an email i need to call them, it's an emergency! I call when I wake up, now it's 268.00 if I want to keep same flight. I have a connecting flight and have no choice. Scam scam scam. Do not use!

The actual booking was fine. However I paid for 1 bag. A week before my trip I went to the airline site to check to see everything was ok. “My flight” showed there was zero checked bags. After an hour wait on the phone with the airlines they confirmed it showed zero bags and to check with the 3 rd party I purchased the ticket thru. So I called and after a 15 minute wait I was told checked bags don’t show up on ticket info until 24 hours prior to you flight. So I have yet to see if this is true. I sure hope so. It would have been most helpful if I was informed of this when I purchased my first bought my ticket.

Let me start for the beginning. I booked flights at the beginning of October. The next day I had to change the flights. I was never told there would be $150 charge to change the flights when I received my credit card statement. I noticed the charge I called the company to inquire about this charge. It was such a hassle. Going back-and-forth between my credit card company and travelopicks. After this long process I did receive most of my money back in vouchers to be used for future travel.

Recently, I had to book a flight for a trip in March. I had the absolute pleasure dealing with a representative by the name of Adam. He made this experience very easy and fast.
This week I had to book another trip and still had a voucher to use. I called and the representative noticed that I had been working with Adam in the past and suggested maybe I can call back to work with him again. He was very nice and gave me Adam schedule. I called the next day. Spoke with Adam. He was very helpful with planning this next trip. It was a pleasure dealing with Adam very professional and patient. I was happy. I did get most of my money back. I would recommend this company to friends and will use them in the future.
