"Criminal, No Show at Airport Pickup and No Refund"
I booked a pick up at the airport for 1.15pm Dec 1st which was confirmed via email and paid $230.76. I also paid for booking protection which doesn't mean much. I provided information that my flight was estimated to arrive at 12.35pm because the flight information was requested for them to track. My husband got a message that morning from the driver saying to let him know when we have our luggage. He messaged him to say will do and our flight will be slightly late. Our plane arrived about 1.30pm. After getting our luggage and going out front of the terminal, there was no driver. Usually the driver meets us in inside so we thought that was a bit strange. When we got access to internet, we saw an email from the company that was sent at 1.22pm that we need to reach out in 15 mins or we will be noted as a no show and will get no refund. We called the company and they said they couldn't reach us that our number is wrong. This we found interesting because the driver messaged us and we replied before our flight outside the country. We had terrible turbulence mid air and didn'ty have access to internet on the airplane. We sent in complaints that we didn't book a 12.35pm reservations as they claimed, our reservations were confirmed for 1.15pm but they didn't reply. They are stealing from people and looking for loopholes to take your money. I won't recommend this company because the owners are unethical, hoping you are a few minutes late so they can run away with your funds. The terms are also defenseless.

LUXY is by far the best car service I have ever used. They are on the same level of service as Blacklane but have much more reasonable pricing. Their app is fantastic and all the drivers are really great. I can't recommend them enough.

I have used Luxy quite a bit since discovering them. Every trip has been great. I usually have them take me to and from the airport. They are always on time, even at 3 a.m., and track my return flight so they know if my flight will be delayed. Amith is such a pleasant driver, and I really enjoy our brief conversations. I highly recommend Luxy as an excellent ride service.

Khazir was our driver from Wilmington to Philadelphia Airport (and our return trip home, as well). He was punctual, communicated he was on his way, and upon arrival greeted us, opened our doors, and took our bags to the trunk. His car was spotless, and he was well dressed. He offered us cold water. On our way to the airport he told us points of interest and told us of different good restaurants in our area (we had just moved to the area a few weeks earlier). The ride was smooth, and he’d even checked that our flight was on time, and still the same terminal (it has been changed 4 times, due to bad weather the day before). On our return home, we were happy to see Khazir again, he not only told us he was at the airport, upon our arrival (we were 40 minutes early), but came on foot to find us as we exited the plane. My husband needed wheelchair assistance while at the airport, and Khazir helped us to his car parked nearby. We have never gotten out of an airport so fast! He asked about our trip, and was personable, as well as a good, safe driver. I honestly have never had such a great experience with our many car services (and had good ones). We will request Khizar in the future, and Luxy Rides. Thank you!

"Poor Driver Experience"
We had always had positive experiences with Luxy until our most recent experience in April. Our driver didn't seem to know what he was doing. We were going from JFK to Oxford, CT. He did not seem to know the roads and as a result was led astray by Waze. Somehow we were driving on back streets in Queens and the crossed the East River and ended up on 62nd Street in Manhattan. He finally got on an acceptable route (much out of the way) and we arrived home much later than we should haveHe would not listen to us when we tried to get him on the correct routes, which we have driven many times and know very well. He also wasn't familiar with the controls in his car. The inside windows steamed up several times and he didn't know how to use the defrost, instead opening all the wimdows for a period of time. His driving was very erratic, staying in the left lane but slowing down below the speed limit, then speeding up. All in all, it was a very bad experience. I also couldn't find a way to post a review until now.

Worst Car Service Ever!!
Obviously, this Company’s black car standards are completely different from most people’s. I was shocked to see this filthy SUV pulling up with a huge dent on the side door. Getting into the SUV wasn’t any better since they was garbage sitting on the floor. It definitely didn’t help matters when the driver started play g his religious music way to loud.
The Company also is completely disorganized and so driver was late on top of everything else.
Save yourself the headache and call an Uber!!

Luxyride is offering drivers the cheapest ride at $55 for a 100-mile journey from O'Hare Airport. As they charge customers 5 to 7$ per mile. However, after factoring in a $5 airport tax, $40 for gas (with an average of 13 miles per gallon for black cars), and $10 for toll fees, the driver is only making $50 after waiting at the airport and spending 3 to 5 hours on the trip. This is a joke and a ridiculous service for drivers, showing the cheap mindset behind the company.
