"GREAT For Pickup at Myrtle Beach Airport"
I used Luxy Ride to meet my youngest at the Myrtle Beach Airport when she flew in from the West Coast. The driver Frank was the BEST! The connecting flight from Charlotte landed early and Frank texted my daughter his location and ETA, and she was able to sit by baggage claim and enjoy a beverage. As soon as he arrived, he took care of everything and delivered her home for the holidays! I would definitely use them again! Thanks, Frank!

"50/50 Makes Them Unreliable"
Ordered two rides. One from Portland airport to destination (2hr drive) and one that would occur 3 days later back to airport. Everything went perfectly when it came to pick up from airport to destination. The driver was very good. The problem came when I got a text 2 days before my departure date (to be dropped back off at airport). The company canceled my ride, simply saying they could not find a driver. No other options offered to me beyond…. “sorry”. Mind you, I booked the car service one week in advance! I was 2 hrs out from airport so not like I could just call an Uber. I had to scramble to find a driver able to drive me 2hrs back to airport. They need to realize that simply canceling a ride can cause ALOT of chaos. Though the first ride was fine, them canceling the second makes them unreliable in my book. A 50/50 chance of follow through is bad. I will never use them again.

This company contracts out to other drivers. They do not choose quality drivers. Drivers do not help you and they are lazy. Not a good company to get a ride from.

This companies driver was 1.5h late picking us up for airport. We are in rural area with no Uber and my mom doesn’t drive. I had to spend 1300$ to rebook my flight

"Excellent car service"
I have used this car service twice so far and have two more trips booked. They have been fantastic both times. Prompt, professional and caring. A driver named Angel was our most recent driver and was sent to pick up a friend from Miami airport. He was so communicative with me every step of the way, letting me know when he had her in the airport as well as when she was safely at home. I highly recommend this service and have already recommended to friends.

"Don’t bother, they’ll just cancel your ride"
Shame on my for not doing my research on this company and shame on them for their poor service.
FYI to all, they’re a booking site and contract drivers to perform the services, so if something happens to a driver’s car, you’re left in the dust.
I booked through Luxy for an event that I knew would be impossible to get an Uber through and wanted to ensure my sister and I get back to our destination safely in a place where we are not locals. This was booked back in November or December, we are now 4 days away from our event and I just got a message that they’re cancelling our ride and every other car service is booked at this point. When I asked for a better resolution, they blocked my number (they were communicating via text) and said they exhausted all their options. Now I’m left scrambling to find a ride which will be next to impossible. Clearly they have no backup plans or a system as I’ve seen other reviews mention cancellations multiple times. Do yourself a favor and never book with this company. Absolutely terrible.

"STAY AWAY!!"
Plenty of better services available. They were late picking us up (arrival 10 minutes after we already had our bags; 30 minutes past pick-up time) and didn’t provide the additional services we paid for (which was also why we chose the company in the first place). Upon letting the company know, the only response we received was a partial refund which didn’t even cover the service we did not receive. We just decided to never use the company again instead of fighting them further. Now, we realize this is common practice for this company and a regular complaint. STAY AWAY!!

"Not affordable or convenient"
The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.
