"Ordered crew neck t shirts NOT RECEIVED"

Ordered crew neck t shirts for my son's 16th birthday on 25 May... Nothing arrived for his birthday on 2nd June.
I chased Tag re date for delivery 23 June. They apologised and confirmed would be despatched that week. Date today 18 July 2024. Nothing has been received and no contact from TagDeal Customer service. Do not use. I have now received a full refund via by Credit Card company.

I ordered 2 packs of Calvin Klein men’s trunks to arrive before Christmas 2023. After numerous emails 1 box arrived in March. I email every few weeks, I am promised they will be sent out by the end of the week or I will receive a refund. 7 months later I am still waiting

After waiting 1 month for my order, I emailed TagDeal customer services who eventually replied after one week. They apologised and said my order would be sent 'this' week and to expect an update with 'in transit' information.
Obviously they didn't send anything by email and my order did not arrive.
After contacting PayPal my case was reviewed very quickly, (surprisingly quickly) and PayPal gave me the refund.

If PayPal are willing to pay up that quickly, then that says something about the reputation of this company and now I found these trust pilot reviews too, so I felt I had to add my experience.

2 months for the item to arrive bad quality been trying a month to return it no response Klarna trying to take payment

After four emails asking where my order is and after two months !!! I asked again and to be told if order isn’t shipped next week I’ll get a refund !! What !! Do they don’t know where the order is and obviously using a third party and arghhhhhhh useless company will never use again

I ordered a pack of tee shirts approx 6 weeks ago not realising that this is probably a Chinese company. Notwithstanding a query to them 4 weeks ago where I was assured that the items were to be despatched the following week, nothing has arrived. Definitely avoid!!

It took a whole month to receive my order. Poor communications from the company. Just don't bother trying to save a few quid with these people. Shop elsewhere. You pay for what you get.

"Scam company"

I ordered on the 12.6.24, then checked trustpilot. Saw all the reviews and immediately emailed the company instructing them to cancel the order. I also reported this to my bank who couldnt do anything until the payment is processed but the advised to create an email trail of correspondence with the company. Item was received. Obviously ignored by emails. Trying to return. Have emailed the company but wont hold my breadth. The returns process does not specifiy return address.

Scam company dont buy from them ,Orderd goods 28th May Still no goods emails not answered I want my money back OK . Or must we go small claims to resolve this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have ordered items from TAG and they keep sending emails to say they are in transit. I placed the order the 9th June 2024, the web site said 10/14 days, I am still waiting for an answer as to were the items are. I did get a few emails promising me they are on the way but now the emails have stopped and there is no contact number to call.
