"AVOID THIS COMPANY - IT’S A SCAM"

Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered Hugo Boss Sunglasses 27th June 2024, 4weeks later not dispatched so I started chasing. 2 emails confirming they would be dispatched ‘next week’ - 6 weeks on I requested a refund as I had paid £90 and no sign of item. They ignored my request for a refund at first and just advised they would be dispatched ‘next week’ again. I sent a strongly worded emailing advising them not to send and issue my refund. They replied agreeing to this but said they would ‘contact the finance dept. and ask them to refund’. I have sent two emails since over the last week asking for confirmation that this has been done but have had no response. ITS A SCAM - Please do not give this company your hard earned cash. I can’t believe they are getting away with this and no action has been taken even after all of these reviews with the same repeated experience.

Unfortunately I have been waiting for 4 weeks for the goods and in spite of requesting numerous (3) refunds, no refund has been provided and oddly the email responses that they send ignore the request for a refund assure me that the goods are being dispatched and thank me for my patience, I have accepted that I have most likely lost my money and will attempt a refund via my credit card.

I brought a pair of adidas sunglasses at the beginning of July 2024 from tagdeal good deal I thought how wrong was I .Got a bad feeling as soon as order confirmation came through up to 14 days it said maybe longer well it’s now 4.5 weeks and apparently according to the order notices I get sent it has been packed for 2 of them .I think they must have lost the stamps repeated questions asked on their contact page have all been ignored the telephone number does not work what a surprise absolute shower of company conning toe rags do not buy anything from these crooks

I wish I had read the others reviews before buying from them. I ordered a polo shirt that never arrived. Asked for refund and I am still waiting for it. Don’t know if I will get my money back but I am still chasing it. Very very disappointed. Avoid.

My review was taken down. Just noticed . Ordered from this company . Completely wrong product got delivered . I had to pay postage return for a Tag Deal error. Eventually got a refund via my Credit Card Company.

Ordered my son gifts for his 16th birthday. Ordered them the last week of june... still nothing!. No number to contact it just says unavailable. Everytime i email they say its being sent out the following week the next week comes i email again, they say its being sent out next week. This company seriously needs shutting down. Surely this is against the law.

Do not order from this company! I ordered and paid for something in December 2023 still no item or refund! unable to contact them! just an automated email saying in transit! its now July 2024! You cannot unsubscribe to their emails either!

I ordered a watch in June, and have still not received it. Customer service are slow and don’t always respond and just say it is on its way. On the brink of emailing to cancel order as Klarna have not charged me yet and go to a reputable supplier
