Wish I had read these reviews before using. Ordered a pair of sliders that never came in June and I am now in September still chasing my refund! Absolutely disgusting service and appalling after sales. Do not touch at all costs!

Update: my bank did a reverse charge on them and I got my money back. Worth talking to your bank, even if you didn't buy on credit card.

After continually chasing my order they promised a refund. Continually chased the refund but never received. I presume they were too busy on the Yacht we’d all purchased for them! Robbing Gits.

Tagdeal are a great company if you are looking for unsolicited emails and lame excuses and don't mind not receiving the goods you paid for. They are also really good at not giving refunds as 'you can expect delivery next week.'
Another Tagdeal bonus is you get to keep in touch with your credit card company to chase a refund as Tagdeal really like to hold on to your money.

Ordered a Boss Tshirt in early July. Still not received as at August 30th 2024.
Took the money quick enough and everytime we email, they say it will be shipped next week. That was weeks and weeks ago.
Not a service I would ever expect to receive. Has to be a SCAM!

They have refused to refund an item I returned, making the process as difficult as possible and then claiming their warehouse provider never received the returned package. It’s a scam. Give TagDeal a massive swerve.

I am another fool. Didn’t read the reviews. Ordered a jacket 5 weeks ago. Chased with an email. No response. No jacket. Lesson learnt.
