DO NOT SHOP FROM TAG DEAL..I brought 3 t-shirts from tagdeal . I didn't receive my order and then when I emailed them to get an update they said they don't have the colour I wanted . I asked for a re-fund and I haven't received anything it's been over 22 days .

This company sent me an item of clothing & it took a month to arrive!!

The item was sent back as no longer wanted & a full refund should have been actioned, I am now into month 3 waiting for monies to be paid back to my account

Ordered a Boss Jacket in early September. Its now 5th November and nothing. Please stay away. They don't reply to emails or messages. But yet still have the nerve to sent me offers through email every 2nd day. I Unsubscribed but they still send them. Please, please, please just stay away. Don't be as foolish as me. I should have did my homework before ordering. Can't believe this company still exists. They should be jailed

Also they use a bogus address. This a an address of a legit company in Dublin they are using on tagdeal.ie.

Ordered stuff from this company then I was owed things to the value of £147 I asked when I would get refund but the haven't answered me for 2 months this has taken over a year I would stay well clear of this company as their customer relations are disgraceful every time I email I get no reply do not waste you're money either with this I truly regret ordering anything poor poor poor .

Having same issues where ordered T-shirt in June, was given bogus Yodel Direct reference tracking link, never delivered. Fake email updates from Tag Deal about Finance department will process refund… still waiting after 4 months. Not sure how this company is still trading as obviously they have stolen a lot of customers money.

I spent £125 around 12/9/2024 on clothing and my clothes never arrived. I have tirelessly since messaged the company to no avail. First they said delivery was 7-14 days / then 2 weeks / still no clothes. Chased again as they promised my order would come then they blamed delays on customs as they said they are based in Ireland. I don’t believe it for a minute. Chased again / more broken promises so I requested a refund 4 times / said they would refund my card and never did. I have had nothing but lies. It’s probably one loser cretin sat in his poky flat ripping people off - so I hope you read this and don’t make the mistake I made. Read reviews before you order / buy from reputable suppliers. I am reporting them ( for what it’s worth ) to Trading Standards & will leave as many damming reviews as I can for these halfwit scammers. Ok they have my money but one day they will get their comeuppance for that I am sure. Absolute muppets. I hope they get busted for their immoral scamming.

Ordered back in August and now in October there is no sight of my order. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, I keep being told my refund is ‘processing’ but it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. Absolute scam of a company, I just wish I’d read reviews before purchasing from them.

Purchased a hugo boss watch 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Customer service is shocking, slow responses or non at all. £4.99 delivery, you'd expect to receive the item pretty quick but no, still waiting. It was a birthday present too. Order still says processing on my account yet customer service told me it would be dispatched this week
