Wow I wish I had read these first but didn’t know the Wowcher was through them…. Never received the order. Please can people complain to Wowcher and get them removed … awful company

I ordered some Calvin Klien Tee Shirts from this company back in July.
I have not received any tee shirts.
I have emailed them on numerous occasions, emails being totally ignored or a response say that my item would be delivered shortly.
I would never use this company again and advise anyone who reads this review to do the same.

Calvin Klein scam on Wowcher! Ordered for Christmas, still waiting since November and emailed 4 times with no answer. Courier service I have been in touch with have stated they never received and parcels from the sender.
Annoying Wowcher allow this!

Ordered shirts for 2023 Christmas for my husband. Never received them. Multiple chasing emails rewarded me with a response 2 months later, telling me the items are late due to a delayed shipment. That was 10 months ago. I gave up chasing them. What a scam. Don't buy from them, AVOID!

Like many of your complainers waiting in Xmas presents that I ordered mid November which have still not arrived. Radio silence from customer service. This is genuine complaint. I would not use this company again, have requested refund but still waiting!

I ordered some Calvin Klein boxer shorts for my son on 15th Sept. I'm still waiting for the delivery!!!
I requested a refund but they claim the order has been dispatched! Absolute scammers!!!!

I made an order in September. The Order initially took 6 weeks to arrive. It was part shipped. They assured me the other items would follow. I told them my concerns as i didn't check the reviews until the items were delayed. At first they were very communicative but they have just stopped replying. I do not usually use these types of sites but they happened to have the colour t shirt i was looking for. I don't even know who to complain to i would say avoid like the plague. These companies should not be able to get away with it but its clear its totally unregulated.
