They are scammers they take your money and don't deliver please avoid them they took 160 euro on me 6 months later still nothing from them.... Robbers and scammers should be reported to the authorities

I bought some Calvin Klein boxer shorts for my grandsons. They were advertised on Wowcher, but Tag were the 3rd party. They arrived 7 days late and are very obviously Fake - the band on the back says CalvinKalvin Klein. £19.99 x2 wasted money! Steer clear of this Company.

This is a scam company!!!! I ordered a set of t-shirts that never arrived. Refused to give me a refund and would not send out a replacement item (of a lesser amount). When I challenged them they refused to assist and cut all communication.

"Avoid this company"

This company is terrible.
I ordered a Boss jumper beginning of November, they took payment, still not received, no reply to emails and no answer on the 'supposed' customer service number.
Basically a scam company.

"Crooked company - avoid!"

I ordered and paid for an item and it never arrived. When I asked for a refund they said that their bank account was frozen. They offered an alternative product but this too never arrived. At the very least they are bordering on crooked and I strongly recommend that they are avoided.

The company is absolutely rubbish. Firstly, I ordered some Calvin klein white boxers. They sent me coloured boxers which I did not like. I returned the boxers for an exchange on the 17th of October 2024. Despite several emails and calls (my calls are NEVER answered), the company has failed to get back to me. I paid £4.98p postage for each pair of boxers I ordered and incurred additional costs of £6.19p to return the boxers. Thus far, I have heard nothing, no exchange and no refunds.
Secondly, there customers' dis-service is so ghastly. They pick and immediately cut the call. Who does that?
Overall dissatisfaction level is plus 5 on the continuum of measurement. I hope people STOP buying from this outlet irrespective of there offers.

This company is horrendous.
I made a purchase in august 24 which I never received. Despite 48 emails I still haven’t received the items and still no refund 4 months on. Avoid at all costs now in the hands of my bank.

"Poor customer service and delivery times"

I ordered items on 26/10/24 still not arrived. I emailed on three separate occasions and was told on 18/11/24 items would be despatched the following week. I cancelled order on 21/11/24 and Tagdeal confirmed their Finance Department would refund the payment. Today 29/11/24 I’ve been notified items have been despatched. I’ve now been advised to return items if they’re not suitable. Exercise caution, I received no updates on delivery or the reason for five week delays. If purchasing for Christmas take delivery times into consideration.Takes customer services a while to reply to emails and obviously they don’t adhere to what they indicate in their correspondence.

Do not use this company, I am fuming that I even needed to put 1 star because they are not worth that. Ordered a jumper in September was constantly delayed so cancelled still waiting for money back 2 months down the line. Shocking service they don't respond to emails. Gutted that companies can be like this with in times like they are
