"Poor customer service avoid this company "

Ordered hugo boss t shirts for my partner, requested a return as they were nit the correct size.

Returned as per there return policy, recorded delivery. Over 14 days later I am still awaiting a £40 return.

Telephone number to contact the company does not work. Emails go unresponded to and I still do not have an order deliver update after 5 weeks.

I bought some Calvin klein boxers, took ages for delivery, and now noticed the inside writing has come off. So this is a fake item, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company

This company by far is a complete and utter con. Ordered 4 t shirts back in August, by the beginning of October still no sign of the delivery after numerous of emails sent. In the end I cancelled my order and wanted a refund that they said is with their Finance department, still no refund, luckily I was covered and got my money back, absolute jokers, save your money people, there is plenty of other online shopping sites to choose from. I've had to give a 1 star as 0 stars isn't an option.

"TagDeal offer via Wowcher"

Ordered from TagDeal through a Wowcher offer. The Yodel tracking number provided was bogus and no goods arrived. Reclaimed my money through a chargeback by my bank. Wowcher need to vet their "Trusted Partners" better and for this reason I'll be staying well clear of Wowcher in future.

Do not waste your money or your time ordering from tagdeal . Ordered t shirts 6 weeks ago , paid £4.99 for delivery . Items haven’t arrived and all correspondence with the company is ignored .

Ordered the T Shirts on 13th September, gave it the 10 days to 14 days before dispatch as stated then started to worry sent a message to ask for a delivery date and another , haven't heard a word from the company since . Had to give one star but worth none. Do not waste your money.
