Absolutely fantastic and HUMAN customer services!! This is a very friendly company who will do anything to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. The bath is ANAZING!! We went for the colour moss green and I’m so glad we did! It looks even better in real life, than on the screen. Thank you! If I have the opportunity to buy again, I certainly will!

"Bath return process a hassle"
I ordered a bath, and returned it because it wasn't what I wanted. I had tried to see if there was a showroom outside of the West of Engand which I could test out getting in and out of the bath but there wasn't, so I had to risk it.
The bath itself which came was good quality. But once it came, it was clear that I needed to build a frame high enough for a waste to fit under it and therefore it seemed too large in my bathroom and difficult to step in and out.
However I paid for the courier service when I bought it and then paid for another to return it, costing about £200 each time. So deciding to return is a costly business.
Even more frustrating, despite the courier returning to Omnitub on 1 August, 27 days later I haven't received any refund. I called and was put through to Ollie, who was holidaying in Turkey, who promised he would chase up the return, but almost two week's later, no action. He clearly doesn't have any cover whilst on holiday.
Only buy this if you are absolutely sure it is the bath for you. A hassle and waste of money otherwise. I hope Omnitub will process my refund and reduce my anxiety over the matter!

I first contacted Ollie to double check I was ordering the correct bath filler and waste trap. He was super helpful and offered to talk me through the process if I needed it. I chose the pay now deliver later as had to wait for the installation. Everything went smoothly and the bath arrived on the day I had booked with no issues at all.

4 phone calls, 2 emails and still no response.
Having charged me just short off £1000 you would have thought they would have the manners and professionalism to get back to me.
Avoid any dealings with them.

"Charging £95 for a small replacement part & £9.97 for Evri small parcel!"
Because I hadn’t checked when my bath was delivered, it turned out a box was missing (lost by the pallet company in transit as the delivery crate was all broken). I paid £95 for a small waste set replacement. And on top of that £9.97 for next day delivery which turned out to be EVRI which turned out to be 5 days! Omnitub Is quick to sell but is not charming or helpful when things go wrong.
Thank you for your reply, but I didn’t know I could source the waste from anywhere.
We have a very good plumbing and bathroom supply in our town and I didn’t know I could go and buy it there. I wasn’t told.
Also, I should mention Royal mail delivers overnight guaranteed to our town even though we are in the far north of Scotland. By choosing Evri it was the worst possible choice.
The many times on the phone was because I was trying to chase you to give me the tracking link
I absolutely accept it was my fault for not checking the initial delivery, but I couldn’t have done it within 48 hours anyway as my dog was dying in an Edinburgh hospital and I had to rush down there for four days which is 300 miles away
PS My Omnitub bath is finally installed and is absolutely wonderful. Shame about the rubbish delivery company.

Omnitub make amazing baths. I was a bit worried that a 1050x750mm deep-soaking bath would be uncomfortable and too small (I'm 6 foot 3), but because it's so deep (650mm) the water comes up to my neck and I feel weightless. Such a great bath.

Really great quality bath that fits in the small space we need it to. It retains the heat well and is deep enough to cover me when sitting and reading a book. Great service, they rearranged delivery to work around our fitters.
