The desk was made to order and the entire time Gary kept me up to date through the whole process and I was able to track my order alll the way from Romania. I wasn’t in a rush for the desk but Gary went out of his way to contact his counterpart in Romania to get updates on the build process. The desk arrived and it’s of phenomenal quality. This is the way online retail should be, especially for large purchases.
