Die Bewertungen sind entweder gut oder Schlecht... viele Bemängeln defekte Ware erhalten zu haben, trotzdem habe ich aus der Schweiz ohne English Kenntnisse es versucht. Scott hat mir einen Kostenvoranschlag gemacht, mir zusätzliche Bezahlungsmöglichkeiten angeboten. Die Ware wurde Versandt und kam 1 Tag als früher in Einwand freiem Zustand an. Es wurde mehrfach darauf Hingewiesen die Ware bei empfang zu Kontrollieren. Kurz gesagt Sehr guter Preis, inkl. Versand in die Schweiz sehr gute Ware erhalten. ich würde es wieder machen.

"Outstanding customer service"

Scott and the team at 4x4 AT removed my factory rolltop on my brand new 2023 Ranger Raptor and replaced it with a hard top canopy. Unfortunately the canopy paint was chipped where it had stood in the packing crate.

As soon as I noticed, they were outstanding - no arguements, just an immediate apology and agreed to replace the top and refit it.

It is service like this when there is a problem that makes such a difference - I even decided to go for a more expensive top in the end and had some other items fitted at the same time - so everyone was happy.

I contacted 4x4AT as I wanted some bull bars and side bars for my Suzuki Vitara S. The sales person, Robert Tanser went out of his way to make sure that he would find the compatible components for the vehicle. He contacted his suppliers to ensure the product was correct and would not send the products to me until he was totally sure they would fit.
