Brian, Dylan, and Ben gave excellent customer service. Even though the complex from which I was moving was difficult to navigate, their attitude, morale, and quality of service never faltered. I'll definitely use their services again in the future. They deserve five stars.

On June 27, we had a move from Florida to Colorado with Starline Vanlines. The first meeting involved a detailed exposition of the cost and services. Their staff team showed up before time on a moving day; they wrapped everything very well ensuring they were very careful while doing so then enclosed them using expensive wrapper materials which made sure nothing broke down especially the fragile items among others. Besides, my papers were also concisely written without any errors whatsoever, so that it could be easier during my relocation period since there would be no misunderstanding on what needed to be done by them . I was amazed how fast they carried out their work without wastage of any time at all hence I could say that I am fully satisfied with their services because they were beyond my expectations. The goods were then delivered on time followed by an unpacking exercise carried out flawlessly. The moving guys were polite all the time and acted like professionals while doing it. Also, I am pretty much sure that anyone who requires trustworthy moving services can take my advice on this moving company because they aim to fulfill their customers’ requirements and expectations.

Did a move with Starline from NY to FL and cannot be happier with the service! Everything went well, the movers were a bit late for the delivery but it was really no issue, however I was refunded $200 for the delay. Would highly recommend these guys are good 👍🏻

"STAY AWAY"

DO NOT use them -
First of all - They don't have trucks or crews, they will sell your contract to other unqualified and unprofessional movers.

Secondly - They were responsive until we signed the contract then hell will break loose. They performed a low-ball estimate and received a call from "quality assurance" ONE days before the move to perform an estimate again, in which they hit me with a 60% price increase.
Finally - I had a very specific moving date as I had flights at night and I booked my move/ flights several weeks in advance, they made me sign the terms with a 2-day window pick up date "just in case something goes wrong" - Well, the reality is that they do NO EFFORT whatsoever to coordinate, schedule and book your move with the 3rd party until the DAY BEFORE your move - So obviously things will go wrong. I also hired a FULL packing move with them as I have 3 young kids and work a lot, but they did not communicate that with the 3rd party moving company which was expecting me to pack it.

I've moved a lot in my life, and it was always difficult, with movers who didn't care. This has been the most enjoyable moving experience. John, Luis, and Justin worked hard to make sure everything was done perfectly, with Justin keeping everyone smiling. They were fantastic with great personalities. I highly recommend Starline Vanlines.

"DO NOT USE"

Starline experts are paid to reserve the proper space based on the information that I provided. That’s literally their job. Peter grossly underestimated our space and price, only to be unavailable to deal with the aftermath of the mess he caused. This goes for the QA representative as well. I admittedly don’t know how the cubic feet process works so I relied on their paid professionals to do their jobs. Peter got the sale and then vanished. The contract was NOT honored by them because we moved 93% of our belongings. They made a very stressful situation unnecessarily more stressful.

Working with Mark, Brian, Dylan, and Ben was a fantastic experience! Mark and Brian stayed with us all day, working hard from start to finish. They were patient, professional, careful, efficient, and nice. Even with light rain, they didn't miss a beat. What could have been a highly stressful situation was made much easier by these gentlemen. We greatly appreciate them and would absolutely recommend them!
