Dumpster companies are incredibly frustrating. They will only talk to you on line, or the dumpsters they will rent you are not right for the job. Most frustrating of all is when you need to change something like extending the time you have dumpster. There is no one to talk to. Discount Dumpsters answers the phone, knows what they are talking about, does what they say they will do, communicates with you all the time and they do all this in the nicest way. If you need a dumpster I could not recommend Discount Dumpsters enough. They are great!!!

This company damaged my driveway while attempting to place the dumpster. The dumpster was never successfully placed and my driveway was significantly damaged. The company refuses to accept responsibility and claims to have done an investigation determining that my property doesn’t support the weight of their dumpsters. No accountability. Trash.

The agent on the phone (I didn't write down her name!) was so extremely helpful. I called on a Saturday with an emergency needing a dumpster, and she took the extra steps to make phone calls while I waited, and she made magic happen! We had a dumpster on site within 2 hours. Miracle worker!
