"Wonderful kitchen HexClad Pans"

I absolutely love my hex clad pans… I recently purchased the 12 inch griddle and it is outstanding! It came in its own little cloth carrying case with complete and wonderful instruction as to how to season the pan. I also have a set of 12 of their pans, lids, etc., and I use them exclusively in my cooking!!! I also like the apron I got from them! Can you tell I’m sold?!

"DONT BUY THESE PANS!!!!"

I ordered three HexClad frying pans in December 2024 for $450 after seeing them constantly advertised on Facebook and Google. They were promoted by top chefs as a revolutionary product—extremely durable, non-stick, and excellent for cooking.

Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth. After just two months of use, the pans started sticking badly, even when cooking something as simple as eggs. They’ve become incredibly difficult to clean, even when following all the manufacturer’s instructions for use and care.

I contacted their customer service, and instead of offering help or a solution, they immediately blamed me for the issue. They took zero responsibility for the poor quality of the product and informed me that sticking isn’t even covered under their warranty. They also refused to provide a refund or even a return shipping label. I got a shipping quote to send them back to the manufacturer, and it was close to $200—on top of the $450 I already spent. So now I’d be $650 deep just to try my luck on a replacement set that may not work any better.

Don’t fall for the flashy advertising and endorsements by celebrity chefs—it’s all smoke and mirrors. This product is not worth the hype or the money. DO NOT BUY THESE PANS.

"Customer services are poor "

My first three pans were great. The 4th 30cm frying pan started to lose its coating after two weeks. The customer service was very poor. They said they would send me a replacement in 5 working days and after 3 weeks I've not received anything. I also sent another unneeded pan back and after 5 weeks I realised that they hadn't refunded me. I chased and then they duly refunded me. Don't leave anything with them, make sure you chase and follow up.

My Hexclad sticks bad, I have a warranty but they won't honor it. Bad investment. It also doesn't heat evenly either.

I love that the advertising is spot on. This cookware does everything exceptionally well. The sear I get on my meats makes my meals look like art. Oh and the cleanup is so easy. I have replaced all of my cookware with Hexclad. Thank you for such an awesome product.

I've been using the HexClad cookware set for a while, and overall, I'm impressed. The process of cooking my food has never been easy. The heat distribution is excellent, and it heats up quickly and evenly. I've used it for everything from sautéing, searing steaks to making omelets, and the food releases easily. It's also easy to clean, although I do recommend hand washing to preserve the finish. When one of my cookware (12” pan hybrid) has a small sign of peeling, I reached out to the customer service and they responded very quickly. Overall, it's a beautiful set of cookware that performs like a dream!

Given this exceptional experience, I’m eager to explore more of HexClad’s products. Their 7-quart Hybrid Deep Sauté Pan/Chicken Fryer has caught my eye; it’s renowned for its versatility in deep frying, braising, and even roasting a whole chicken. Additionally, the HexMill Salt and Pepper Grinder Set intrigues me with its ten adjustable grind settings and durable aluminum construction. Enhancing my kitchen with these high-quality tools would be a delight, and I’d be thrilled to share my experiences with them.

Even heat distribution on my new wok got me inspired. Made my cooking time and kitchen work very efficient; stir-fried vegetables came out perfect and clean-up takes a breeze. Looking forward to my next set purchase.
