"Avoid this company "

I bought one of their pans on Amazon in January. Three months later no matter what we do, everything sticks to the pan. It’s horrendous and frustrating to cook on. Contacted the company who basically said, tough - you had 30 days to return it and that’s it. Won’t stand over their products, clearly their “lifetime warranty” is total bs. Avoid this company at all costs.

The response team was very prompt and fair with their assessment. I bought Hexclad for their quality and I didn't feel like the quality was there but my knife got replaced and we will see how the new one holds up. I'm not going to baby these knives. I will use them everyday just as I see the chefs on Gordon's shows using them. Thank you very much for replacing my knife.

"Warranty is non-existent "

They do not honor their lifetime warranty. I bought less than a year ago, the pan scratched badly all over the surface, filed a claim and they got back to me saying that it's superficial and they don't cover it. Of course it's superficial, it's in the surface of the pan. Absurd. Do not buy.

"Inferior product. Slow to refund."

A chip appeared in the surface after only a handful of uses. Have returned but am still waiting for my refund.

This company not only have the quality products but also amazing customer care. I have ordered hybrid hexclad frying pan 14inch just the day before mothers day deals. But next day i noticed the price was less with deals from what i purchased so i sent email to customer care for pricematching. They responded imediately with refund issued. They value their customers more than anything! Keep doing what you are doing guys! Forever hexclad fan!
