Had a problem with one of my pans, customer service helped out straight away! They sent me a replacement pan within 5 days without ant hassle, this has to be one of the finest experiences with a complaint I ever had.

After going through a mind-numbing amount of pots and pans, I finally found Hexclad. It's the best set of cookware I've had. They are sturdy and not flimsy, they cook evenly and when I say evenly I mean the entire pan gets heated from the middle to the sides of the pan and this makes for an even cook on all foods. The lids are great as well. The handle stays cool to the touch when using them On top of the stove and one of the best things about the lids is that they don't trap condensation causing that gross water swirling around in your lids. I've found that it doesn't matter what type of food being prepared in this cookware, the cleanup is easy. Nothing sticks! You could almost wipe them clean. I can say that the price point is something I was wary about at first so I bought my Hexclad cookware piece by piece just to make sure that what I was spending money on was actually as good as the next piece. Well, they are! And no matter how much you pay just know the Hexclad cookware is worth every penny. With a lifetime warranty. So think of all the pots and pans you've bought and had to throw away after 6 months to a year. We threw away money! The Hexclad cookware sets are a great investment that's made to last.

Best you can buy! Takes a little getting use to but once you do it's wonderful. Cooks on low heat and holds the heat in the pan at a steady temp. Worth every penny!

I ordered the HexClad griddle and was extremely impressed as to its durability, engineering and ease to use. The basic test of a griddle for me is pancakes. Using a basic buttermilk pancake recipe, the griddle did not “miss a beat”! The pancakes turned out fluffy and delicious. The HexClad griddle cooks extremely well at low temperatures and in my opinion replicates a well seasoned cast-iron griddle. For these reasons, it has become my “go-to” cooking tool forever!

Handled my issue quickly and painlessly without too many hoops to jump through to get my problem resolved. Instructions were clear and direct. My only issue was that I want to take care of these pans as instructed, but I've been having issues. I tried to ask the customer service representatives what I was doing wrong and they didn't have very good answers. They couldn't tell me if I was doing something wrong with how I was handling my pans, and some information was contradictory to the video instructions that were sent. Such as the use of steel wool.

Nonetheless, I've been satisfied so far with the service and, in general, the quality of these pans. I would still recommend them.
