I had an issue with the coating on the pan and after submitting a video they are shipping a replacement, with very little hassle. How a lifetime warranty should be.

Their service and warranty are excellent and well honored. I had a wonderful pan for 2 years but when the finish got ruined (I think our stove's broken burner caused problems) they replaced it, honoring their warranty, and when the replacement almost immediately had issues they immediately replaced it as well. I am very impressed.

I purchased 2 Hexclad pans because I had to replace old ones that were well used and it was time for them to retire. I have other Hexclad pans and they work great!! It did take a little time to get used to the heat setting because they heat up quickly on medium and low heat. I cook eggs, burgers, broccoli, asparagus and chicken on them and it comes out great every time. I'm looking forward to adding to my collection!
