HexClad not only has amazing products but an amazing team who works in a quick manner. I have never had such quick resolvent and response with an issue when I reached out other companies, like I did with Hexclad. My Hybrid Pan problem was literally resolved in less than an hour. Not only does the product hold up its name and promise but so does the team, especially the customer service. Cannot wait for my replacement on my pan to continue enjoying cooking in them. :)

Efficient and helpful customer service! Excellent non-stick cookware! I highly recommend handwashing for these products as the dishwasher removes seasoning and like a cast iron you want to maintain it for best results.

Brilliant service following a warranty claim that was honoured with no hassle at all. Received my replacement in a couple of days as promised. So easy to cook with as long as youn season your pans, even your eggs will slide onto your plate from your pans.
