"Great product C- service"

Great responsiveness not quite on the mark regarding broiler friendly recommendations given the article mentioned the need for a drip pan.

Since submitting this review the experience deteriorated. I tried 3 times to check out and was unable to. Customer service didn’t respond to inquiries and the software failed to pick up that I was in the Canadian website and didn’t direct me to the US site. Great product much work to do on identifying and responding to issues.

This must be the best customer service in UK. I bought my wife a 7-piece Hexclad on 20/03/25 as a surprise gift for Mother's Day. A day after the transaction, I noticed they were offering a free gift of 30cm Hybrid Griddle Pan which cost £139.00.
I sent an email to customer service and asked if I can still avail of the free gift.
No ifs or buts or any sort of communication, they sent the free gift straight away.
Thank you very much. Very much appreciated.

I bought this as it said it doesn't stick but it does, it stuck every time I used it and at £149 that's not ok and they won't refund me they just want to send me another one .

I bought the 7-piece knife set the 4 steak knives and several pots and pans. Going back for more. That's how impressed I am with HexClad. Just ordered the 1qt sauce pan. Can't wait for its arrival.

I absolutely love my hexclad ,food turns out so good ,cooking with them is fun they are beautiful looking . My only regret is some one stole half of my set. I cried when I discovered them missing but that's how much people love hexclad. But I will replenish my loss. Hexclad thank you for such beautiful pots and pans .They will last a lifetime

"Excellent quality cookware!"

Excellent quality cookware!! HexClad pans hold their heat, searing is a breeze, and cleanup takes a quick rinse with soap and water. They are absolutely made to go in the dishwasher, but they clean up so well I just do them by hand and put away for the next great meal!!
