"Exceptional support, made a loyal customer"

I usually dread any warranty support request, because it means having to explain the problem and convincing the support person to honor the warranty. Not with Hexclad. Patrick went above and beyond, no questions asked, responses so fast I thought I was chatting with him over email. I was promised a replacement pan swiftly and never have been more delighted!

If i could give a minus star I would! Gordon Ramsay should be utterly ashamed of promoting these pans. Everything sticks, no matter what you do. Followed all instructions, mediums low heat (really sucks for steaks) and still sticks. 2mm oils to fry eggs, stuck... How is that even possible??? Given instructions how to season the pan, followed and still sticks. More work than a cast iron pan. Doesn't heat evenly at all.
Don't buy!!!!

In response to the answer, I have had this answer from Hexclad before. These are expensive pans so I have followed instructions to the letter, it doesn't matter at all. How can you promote these very expensive pans as non-stick pans and so many people's le have issues with it sticking?
Oh and the guarantee it has so many exception to it that it would be close to s miracle to actually get anything on the guarante.

I purchased a 12 piece cookware set and a package containing a different set was shipped. I failed to open the package immediately and after about three months finally did and discovered the error at that tim I contacted hexclad and were awesome in helping me with my issue, concerned, professional and courteous every step of the process. Great company with excellent staff and I thank everyone who helped me, great customer service and support.

"Customer service is great product is ok"

Customer service is great, unfortunately I can’t say the same for the pans. I treat them exactly like I’m supposed to and they were good for awhile now6 months later not so much. Everything sticks.

This cookware certainly lives up to its name. I should have bought it several years ago but after reading all the reviews and the time I spend in the kitchen; I finally bit the bullet. What a great purchase. Sears meats as it was described and the clean-up is a dream. Can't say enough good things about it. A lifetime purchase!!
