The whole process was easy and fast. Contacted them for a price 2 weeks ago which was £1000 more than we buy any car. Dealt with Mia on the sales team, who was super helpful and even managed to get me a few £££ more after showing the minimal damage to my vehicle. Completed the docs, and they booked the collection within a couple of days. Simon came to collect my car today and was paid exactly what I was quoted. Money was in my account before he took the vehicle away, and they completed the V5C form for me. I would 100% use this company again! If you’re honest with all the information then there will be no issues, unlike we buy any car who knock you down for the smallest of things. They collected my car and there were no fees to pay for the service. Thank you so much guys!

From the initial contact to receiving the payment all the staff were very helpful and the communication spot on.
The car was collected within a couple of days and the payment was received within minutes.

They sent me an honest price, I dealt with daisy summer regarding my quote which was fast and efficient and then had Steve come and assess my car and take it away. Steve was absolutely great, from the first phone call from him to taking the car away it was such a great experience. We couldn’t have made it more difficult for him by me giving the job to family members whilst I was at work but he made it run so smoothly and was a friendly face to end the process of selling my car.
