They have kept in touch through the whole process. The guy came today to pick the car up and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. 2 days after BWYC took my car ,they still haven’t transferred the money and don’t respond to my emails.
I’ve been told by the phone the money will be transferred Monday ,5 days after they took my car and the lady shut the phone.
Do not give your cars before you receive proper confirmation for payment
