Amazing service. So easy to deal with, no faff with trying to take a load of money off and incredibly reasonable with a couple of dints on the car. All happened from start to finish in 48 hours. Would highly recommend saved me a fortune!

I sent them pictures on Tuesday, got a guaranteed offer an hour later (which was slightly more than others), and the car was picked up on Thursday and was paid exactly what was quoted.

There are no hidden fees for admin or payment, and the money arrived within seconds.

Shout out to Juda who carried out the inspection, he was super friendly, as was everybody else I dealt with throughout the process.

I was contacted by BigWantsYourCar after listing my car on Autotrader. They made me a fair offer, which I accepted. They never asked for any additional photos or details, as the car was already listed on Autotrader. They quickly sent me the paperwork to sign and arranged collection.

On the scheduled day, a driver came to inspect the car and conduct an appraisal. He claimed the headlights had minor scratches and would need replacing. However, the car had just passed a recent MOT and service at Audi with no issues, so this seemed questionable to me. I personally saw no problem with the headlights. I wish I could add photos of the headlights plus the car .

The driver passed this information along to BigWantsYourCar, but they still insisted on reducing my original offer by £1000 to cover the supposed headlight replacement, which was frankly ridiculous given the car’s excellent condition.
I told them to get off the drive and stop wasting my time .

The whole process felt like a complete waste of time. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t accept their offer, as I sold the car the very next day for a significantly higher price. Their loss, not mine. I definitely won’t be using them again.
