The Air Canada agent, Rina, was very knowledgeable about the "discounted" fares listed on Kayak, Expedia, etc and clearly explained how all their extra charges added up. I chose to book directly with Air Canada rather than through the other sites because of her help.

I am very happy with the customer service and help provided by United, unlike other airlines I did not have to beg and fight for a refund on my cancelled flight, which means a lot!! I would recommend this airline to anyone who feels insecure about booking an International flight. Thanks United!!!
