I didn't have a good experience with getting my seat change. Mr Brandon said he's was changing my seats, but he didn't after I paid 1,1000 dollars then I spoke with three supervisors who said they we're going to take care of it they all said it would be taken care of, but that didn't happen they said they were going to call but they didn't. Supervisor names were Mr Ron Mr Leron. And Mr Simard. Wasn't happy with them at all. I spoke with Ms Mary who took care of me today I was very pleased with her. She did everything she said she was going to do. Thank you so much Ms Mary. This is going to be my Honeymoon. Ms Mary is a very nice person I wish I would have spoken to her Three weeks ago.

Today I spoke with customer service Rina who was amazing her customer service skills very efficient, polite and knowledgeable also professional. this company portrayed themselves as being a third-party connection with Jett. Blue airlines also turned out to be fraud. They were going to have us pay additional $160 for change airfare reservations that we had no connection to the change the change was due to JetBlue not us.

"United Airlines delays flight – charges me another $$140"
Caroline was the agent who helped me. I had traveled to Texas from Salt Lake City because a family member was on hospice care. While I was there, a tragic accident happened in Utah with a nephew, and he was killed in a car crash along with three other people. I wanted to get home as soon as possible. I was frustrated because United airlines pushed my flight back one hour. Which meant I would only have approximately 30 minutes to deboard the plane and get to my next gate. It was not sufficient time so I asked if she would change the second leg of my flight. Caroline told me she was “making an exception“ by charging me less to change the flight. She was not compassionate, she talked over me a lot, she sounded very irritated. She kept reminding me over and over again that she was making an exception for me. She said that because the flight was purchased through a third-party -Priceline - that they were certain restrictions. I understand all of that, but it wasn’t Priceline that delayed my flight by one hour in the first place. It was United airlines that delayed my flight so I felt like United Airlines should accommodate and get my second flight pushed back or get me on a different flight rather so that I could still make it home in time. So a flight that originally cost me only $320 ended up costing me $460. It was an extremely stressful weekend for me and my family and I just think United Airlines should have been able to get me on a second flight without $140 charge. I was extremely disappointed in Caroline’s attitude and her inability to find me a second leg of the flight considering it was a United Airlines who caused the issue in the first place.
