Agent Rocco was very helpful. He spent a lot of time helping me get my ticket scheduled and scheduling help for me at the airports. I am older and have not flown in awhile. He made me feel comfortable with my upcoming flight.

The lady that helped me was great (Claire). Unfortunately the website sucks as it wouldn't let me book a one-way to Paris necessitating me working with Claire for 45 minutes. My profile is up to date with relevent passport & security info so not being able to book a simple one way ticket and wasting both her & my time is unacceptable - fix your algorithm.

Rina was very nice and explained everything throughly. Unfortunately, I asked to make sure the person I was traveling with would be sitting next to me and once we received the itinerary, we were in 2 different rows. I called the company back and they reassured me they would fix it but it was never fixed.
