This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over THREE months now. I already returned the items I ordered and provided all the required documents, but after they received the returns, I haven’t heard anything back. They still haven’t processed my refund, which is nearly £500. I even messaged them on their Facebook page, but they just read my message and didn’t respond.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM AT ALL COST!
