Easy online ordering. Sent email asking to forward date the delivery which was amended and acknowledged within the hour of sending. Item arrived on day specified. It was a large double panel radiator, very heavy, the polite super strong delivery driver had no problem placing the item inside my property.

Lied about stock , I checked, they confirmed, I even took a photograph of the chat channel, no sign of the radiator after a week, and hey ho, its not in stock when I chase it up. 2-3 delivery stated, basically just lies and incorrect information on their site

Why are trying to justify this appalling customer service,
I emailed as well as chat message,
24 hours and I expected a reply, let's say 48 hours as it's party season,
And you still haven't contacted me,
You've left a poxy message on trust pilot to cover yourself,
I wouldn't use you again or reccomend you,
