Jurassic Fibre staff are always helpful and efficient; I’ve been with them right from their early days.
Today, Bruno was really helpful in sorting out a problem with my VOIP phone even though it’s not JF’s responsibility.

"Bruno Simoes"

Bruno was patient, well mannered helpful and knowledgeable. I had had no connection for my landline since Jurassic installed my fibre cable last monday.He was able to identify what the cause was and offered to send an engineer around in the event of the solution he suggested not working.This is in stark contrast to the previous call handlers, who had repeatedly assured me that the problem would rectify itself. I had to call them back to tell them that nothing had happened in the time frame they stated. The installers had not bothered to inform me of the simple fact of there needing to be a cable linking the new router to the handset, rather than to the external, now redundant, copper cable. Therefore, I had had a whole week with no landline connection and wasted a lot of time on unproductive phone calls.

Since I have first phone call from Bruno, everything sound optimistic. Bruno ask me questions to get to the point where was the issue. After chat hi promise me to sorting the issue. After couple days Bruno called again with solutions. I been really well informed about every step,and organised everything perfectly. Iam really happy with his service. I wish every customer service,should have people like Bruno to help people. Honest,straight to the point,confident,trustful. Recommend Bruno 100%. Thank you

Moving to the area and heard great things about Jurassic. Esta managed to get everything sorted in about 15 minutes! Already got an installation date agreed, just a few days after our house move. So far, so good!

"I contacted a sales agent to get set up…"

I contacted a sales agent to get set up with Jurassic Fibre, once I filled out the form they stopped replying to any emails and were not interested in helping me. After 3 emails with no reply, I phoned customer support who were actually helpful. The day before the installation date, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled because they couldn't fit the fibre line. I asked my neighbours and they had the same experience. Why did I get this far when they had already tried at my postcode and failed - seems poorly organised with agents that do not care about you once you filled out the form. I don't normally write negative reviews but on reflection I think was just shocking service.

"Issue with router frequency "

I encountered an issue with internet connectivity bands operating on both 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies. After reaching out to Stuart for assistance, he kindly guided me through the process of installing Wi-Fi on both new and legacy devices. It was refreshing to engage with someone who possessed both expertise and patience. Thanks to Stuart's help, all connectivity issues were promptly resolved. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided.

"Confirmed order for the fastest package…"

Confirmed order for the fastest package with Jurassic Fibre on 18th October 2024.

Was given an initial installation date of 8th November, this was then pushed back to 11th November.

It has now been pushed back to 28th November. I have cancelled my order.

The company, as told by rep and customer service is going through changes. Would not recommend them at this time

Had them installed at my mother's house over a year ago without issue, but whatever change the company is going through is ruining the reputation and will lose them customers.

"Had a problem with my new phone…"

Had a problem with my new phone connection .I contacted the office here in Devon and spoke to a lady called Marie, I was expecting to probably have a engineer call round but Marie guided me to fix the problem. I am so glad I switced to Jurassic Fibre over a year ago . First class.
