Just had a call from Connor House to arrange transferring my broadband over to Jurassic when my BT contract ends. He is very helpful, easy to talk to and takes the time to explain everything in easy to understand terms.

Tiaan has just repaired our fibre optic cable as we had lost connection. I reported the fault on Monday and he arrived as promised at 8.00am the next day (Christmas eve). He phoned ahead to confirm his arrival time, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly with no fuss. He explained the cause of the problem and even helped me re-connect my laptop and phone. Great service from Jurassic and thank you Tiaan.
