Recently had Jurassic Fibre fitted.
Fantastic from start to finish. Everyone really helpful & polite. Bruno phoned the day before to explain the process. 2 nice lads ran the cable in & Dustin Lowe the engineer finished the installation. Great job, no mess. All tidy when they left.
Also thanks to Mark who came around in the first instance to get the ball rolling.

Bruno was really helpful, listened carefully to my issues and solved them for me competently and carefully. He made sure not to talk down to me but explained the processes clearly so I understood and together we fixed the problem over the phone.
Then he also asked the engineers at his end to do further checks and they did an update and now everything is back to working better than ever
Also later Jen rang me back to check how things were now, she apologised again for the no show engineer the day before ( 3 other jobs overran) and told me there was an engineer in my area who could call in just to make sure things were working fine. 10 mins later he arrived and made further checks and confirmed that the slower speed upstairs was now working at full capacity

I am in the process of switching my digital services (internet, voice, alarm system and three mobile phone contracts) from BT to Jurassic Fibre, hmm!
I didn't realise the problems of retaining my landline, and BT were not particularly helpful in this regard.
However, I contacted Jurassic Fibre support and to my surprise, a human being answered and, within seconds!
He was really helpful, patient and certainly well informed, even had a sense of humour! His name was Bruno, a great credit to the company. He also consulted with a colleague who specialises in this area, his name was Cody, and he just sorted out the whole process, job done!
Well done guys, a brilliant piece of customer support.
