I booked with you in total of 3 trips
The 1st was to Montenegro and it was amazing that why I decided to book again
2nd trip was to Azerbaijan and it was great disappointment as the trips used to be canceled at the last moment everyday , which was the reason why I did NOTHING there .
My 3rd Trip now is to Malaysia
I already explained to the representative that I am a solo traveler and I prefer hotels close to activities . She was helpful and extremely nice , that’s why I didn’t recheck what’s she Planned for me as I was thinking that it will be best choice
Sadly the main reason for my visit to Malaysia was langkawi island as I heard About their beaches , and once I reached to the hotel today I got the highest shock ever , as it’s in none touristic area at all ( nothing to do - not even proper Resturant here ) and the closest beach require 30 min drive !
I am soooooo much disappointment , and I will make sure media knows about my stories about ur bad service

"Holidayme and my first solo trip 🎶"
It was a spur of the moment decision to pack up and go to UK. Never been to London and wanted to spend a few days there. Contacted Suma from holidayme and I was on the plane after 4 days. Of course there was apprehension as there was no face to the name! However, Suma took the trouble to follow up, call me and stay in touch. To me, she is holidayme. She created a personalised package for one and every thing fell in place from the moment I left Abu Dhabi. When I arrived in Heathrow, then pick up was not on time. Of course I was afraid, strange place first time and all but with WhatsApp in hand, Suma assured me that the driver was stuck in traffic. Such assuring assistance!
The hotel was clean, in the middle of the city, easy access to shops and train stations. Comfortable and safe stay for the 4 days I was in London. I experienced an amazing musical because the trip was a free and easy, do what i like sort of trip. Perfect for relaxation.
The hop on bus that was booked showed me the whole of London. Although it wasn't an all inclusive package, it was enough. I had to pay for my own lunch, dinners and snacks. It was perfect as I had all the time in world for myself.

"One of the most untrustworthy companies…"
One of the most untrustworthy companies I have ever dealt with. They talk about transparent pricing and being a trustworthy travel partner, well in reality they are the exact opposite.
Prior to your booking they will confirm everything you ask for. Once you are at your destination you are welcomed with the most unpleasant surprises. The worst part is that the tour operators they are dealing with in other countries will have no clue about your actual package, and demand you pay for everything.
Below are the issues we faced with our booking and despite bringing all this to their attention upon return, they did nothing.
1. We landed in Istanbul and were transported to the hotel where we reached by 11:00 am. On arrival we were told that our rooms weren’t ready and checkin would not be possible before 2:00 pm. Most hotels allow checkin only by 2:00 pm so this could have been mentioned to us earlier so alternate plans could be made. Instead, in our tired, dirty state, after a whole night’s travel, we had to go find ways to kill time till the hotel would accommodate us.
2. Right from my first communication with HolidayME, I had been requesting for a Smoking room with twin beds. Till 1 day before my travel I had been following up with your team for this but no one would confirm it to me. All they said is that someone will call you back, but no one did. On arrival in Istanbul I got to know that the entire hotel is non-smoking. In fact most hotels in Istanbul are non-smoking. Again, I don’t see why this could not be communicated to me prior to my travel. It is most annoying after arriving at your destination and wanting to have a good time, one is welcomed with these issues. The manager too at the hotel was annoyed with everyone’s questions as he felt Holiday ME should have communicated to its guests in advance.
3. The itinerary sent to us by Holiday ME did not tally with what the tour operator had on him. Every step of the way we had to reiterate what was promised to us. Even the sightseeing options were different and when we insisted that we wanted what was promised, we were asked to pay for it on our own.
4. Upon return I brought all this to the attention of HolidayME and asked for a compensation of what was promised to us and not delivered, I think this was only fair. But instead all I got was “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we cannot refund the money.”
I understand that HolidayME offers discounted tour packages but there is no justification for lying or cheating your guests. While my sister and I are still fairly young and took most of these problems with a pinch a salt, there were several elderly people and couples with little children on this trip. It wasn’t as easy or pleasant for them. If something is not possible, tell your guests in advance. Yes, they might be a bit upset, but will appreciate your sincerity a lot more. But I guess at the end of the day all HolidayME cares about is sales and no importance is given to quality of service offered.
