Took a bit of time working out wouldn’t load on iPad to start. Then tried lap top android setup and loaded quite quickly and no hassles. Then iOS on iPhone was different eventually loaded back to ipad warms agin a problem deleted from ipad and started again finally loaded

Wanting then to take remote access, tehy then went on to tell me that they could clean my pc, before then saying there would be a monthly charge.

Later that night my pc crashed, when it repaired itself there was some software, which the agent had uploaded without my permission.

Contacted 24/7 chat line to be accused of lying that I had no let the agent take the unauthorised software down
