Produkten är utmärk, dock upplevde jag att det var svårt att förstå när och om uppdateringen var klar eller inte. I instruktionen stod det att jag skulle följa vissa instruktioner som aldrig dök upp. Jag ringde supporten som skulle ringa tillbaka, men inte gjorde det förrän jag ringde igen. Då var supporten alldeles utmärkt. Jag ringde på en helgdag så det kan vara förklaringen till att återkopplingen inte skedde. Dessutom fick jag ett mail att produkten inte var aktiverad fast det visade sig när jag fick support att den var aktiv och installerad.
