Certainly can't give a 5star review as communication is awful. However I ordered a sim that was delivere 2 days later - excellent. It was recognised by the phone ok but needed to be activated and that's where the annoyance started. Emailed support as requested in the package but the first email bounced back. Second appeaared to get through but nothing happened. Phone number was message only. Twitter and facbook no response.
Thankfully the sim was activated the following day, presumably in responce to the email but no message received from them.
Service appears good with excellent data speed so I'm now happy (after a nervous start) as I am getting what I wanted at an excellent price.

Tim was very helpful and resolved my issue. He answered the call quickly and even when I hung up by accident he was there when I phoned back. He asked me to send info via whatsapp which he dealt with as soon as I did and phoned me back to confirm how things had been resolved

Awful awful awful.

They don't reply to emails, they don't answer the telephone.

I called today to find out they've been acquired by now mobile who use outsourced customer service.

I ordered a sim in their Black Friday deals, it never arrived. The only thing they have managed to do is bill me each and every month for a sim card I don't have. Customer service is non-existent, all that Now Mobile can do when I call them is to tell me that they'll escalate the matter.

I will be doing a chargeback on all of their charges via my credit card.

Terrible company been trying to cancel contract for 6 months. No answer from emails and colleague back in October promised to call back to resolve no answer . Today 15/1 business transferred to now mobile who don’t have access to account yet… complaint registered

Nobody answer the phone at customer service wasting of time and effort been try for days very poor 😕 or take days to respond to emails or if a get an answer at all

Everyone: report this shower to Ofcom and get it shut down. All they do is take your money. No customer support at all and their mobile numbers do not work.

Whatever you do, NEVER port your important mobile number to RWG Wales or it will disappear into their Room-101 memory hole.

Absolutely shocking, calls not answered by rwg, no reply on facebook. been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply so far and nothing, only 9 days left until i contact my credit card company for a refund, shouldnt have to go down that route but needs must, RWG wales need to be closed down.

The only aspect of their business that seems to work is the collection money from people.

I have been mis-sold / have not received anything that works and now there is no response to website contact messages, email or Facebook messages. The phone line permanently goes to a recorded message saying unavailable.

RWG have mis-sold to me due to responding toy order for a multi network data bundle by applying an EE only data service (allegedly but there is no EE signal where I live so I can't check that and there is effectively no service for me). I have repeatedly requested a new SIM that will be multi network capable but no response has been received.

Unfortunately at the same time I also ordered a new standard SIM for my elderly mother and that simply has not arrived.

Do not use this company as the issues i have had are not worth the effort dealing with this lame company.
I have used RWG mobile and the customer service is crap after 4 emails as nobody ever picks up the help line number thay still can't be bothered to call me or email me, as to why i can't make or receive any calls, it is clear the they do not care about this customer because i have paid a year in advance, so they have my money and think they dont have to give me the service, i would complain but nobody even picks up the phone (ironic as they are a phone company).
