I've been playing this site for years and even though I have been verified in the past I went to make a withdraw yesterday and all of a sudden was asked for more documents but surely that's a good thing! The amount of fraud etc out there they just want to check and make sure it's you! I have sent my documents this morning and am sure it will be a straight forward painless process! I will update here once it's all complete :) but you win some you lose some but that's gambling so far I've been very happy with this site, usually until my id check yesterday I've had my payouts in my bank account with in an hour and I'm sure it will go back to that way once it's been reverified! "Would recommend - better than others"

No issues with this site and better than most.
I don't gamble massively and do it for fun. Yes I've had runs of losing followed by runs of winning, and the promos offered are frequent and good.
Also on times I've needed to contact customer service they've been helpful and issues quickly resolved.

Reading some of the 1 star reviews, they tend to be from those sho haven't been winning - but on any site not everyone wins, that's the nature of gambling!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute joke of a withdrawl system. Advocating payments via PayPal are instant which at 1st they were within 4 mins of request but then delays of up to 24 hrs, multiple excuses blaming automated system then having to be processed manually, now a large withdrawl has been withheld yet a payment requested much later has been processed and chat agent blames automated process which is impossible. Next stop is reporting standards to the relevant gaming commission
