Fantastic service today from a young lady named Alicia very friendly softly spoken and smiling. I was offered a drink of my choice on arrival with a light snack. I have been trying to withdraw money (only £58!) from this company for weeks now. I have sent bank statements and IBAN details etc three times but they still pretend they haven't received them. They are totally unhelpful and my advice is to avoid Admiral Casino like the plague.
