Absolute joke tried to make my first withdrawal yesterday but there was the completey wrong Iban banking number on my account which I did not provide I have provided statements photos pictures and they told me would receive my money this afternoon but I haven't received anything now they want me to open up a different bank account to use and provide statementa for the iban number in my account which isnt even my iban number so how they expect me to provide the statement is beyond me I have told them at least 8 times it's not my iban number I can't send what I simply do not have and yet I still haven't received my £200 I also still have £69 in my casino account which I can't even use as I can't play any games as they want me to verify details that I clearly already did otherwise how was I able to play and win in the first place absolute joke of a casino site avoid atabll costs asbu will not receive your money

I HAVE RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL IN LESS THAN 1 DAY regarding that I had to send documents but everything weent smooth I want to deeply thanks to customer support once again they been so professional and soo nice with me I don't have words to express the feelings those money came in a very best moment when I needed the most ,so this is for people who actually will read my review you do get you withdrawal I got my one in 2-5 minutes I didn't realise how quick it was just make sure that you cooperate with the support team and send the relevant documents hope that helps.
