I would NEVER again buy from Asim Jofa. One would think you are purchasing a designer brand which should come with quality, however what a DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!!! Plus not enough material for sew a full suit. BEWARE!!

I have very bad experience about asim jofa i ordered suits from asim jofa first of all there are cuts on dupatta very bad dupatta sara kharab aya hyy or suit kii back side missing hyyu from tandlianwala

I placed 3 orders in December, My Last order had 2 articles which were missing and not delivered, I complained Several Times to M&P courier about my parcel but no luck, Then from 30th of December I started ringing the ASIM JOFA helpline.

1st of December I have spoken to the gentle and told the whole story again as i'm bit worried as they (M&P) have marked my both parcel as i rejected it, Which completely wrong and never received a phone call except one on Friday 28th January,

As I gave my office address for delivery and He was there to deliver my one parcel and i told him we opened our office after 2pm (Jummah Prayer). If you cannot come back then hand it to some in the office and i will transfer the amount to your account but he replied Sir if you transfer online you have to pay extra money to me, Which i refused and said kindly come tomorrow or later today and i will pay you cash and he hang up on me.

After that I was expecting my second parcel as both articles were separately dispatched. I was tracking my parcels and I saw they cancelled my second parcel as well and I haven't received a call and one came to the office or anything.

I confirmed M&P about that they said they will re-attempt the next day but on one came in. Same day ASIM JOFA helpline staff and he also said we have marked the complaint and we ask them to re-attempt but on luck.

I was ringing the ASIM JOFA helpline and will keep ringing for the next 3 days with the same story, Your complaint is already there and you'll receive the parcel shotly until 06/01/2025 same story.

07/01/2025 - Spoken to ASIM JOFA helpline staff told me,
Oh sir , we are really sorry your parcel is returned and now we can't do anything. For the past 8 days I kept chasing the parcel but everytime they gave me a story.

ASIM JOFA is not able to receive a single star,
poor stuff,old fashion embroidry, cheap quality with high rate. its not a brand they are ROBBER. every brand give you option of exchange but ASIM JOFA not.

Very cheap low quality cloth material, no refund or exchange policy, I ordered many dresses all of them Replica or looks like second or third copies. Never will buy again such a waste of money.

"Poor quality"

Poor quality, pathetic customer service is just for nothing as they do nothing to cater the issue. Real bad quality dresses are sent and no refund policy, i don’t expect this from this brand. They should not be even called a brand making fool out of customers. I ordered 10 dresses, out of which i wanted to refund one due to size and bad quality issues with in 3 days of purchase but they declined. I will never buy from them.

"Faulty and crappy product delivered and never return"

Basically they are an online scam, they delivered a faulty duppata with lot of holes, and they never fixed or reply positively. buyer who are intended to buy from them, better to buy from Junaid Jumshed.

So much high priced without respective quality, we ordered one 3 pcs suite in 10k and when we received it my mother told me it's a very bad cheap quality cloth. I expected ASIM Jofa team to accept return they are just clearly declining returns just after 1 day of delivery. Let me tell you their bad policy: 1) We accept returns for only defective items, Meanwhile they won't be issuing you full refund. They will send you a coupon to have purchase again on their scam ASIM Jofa site. They are so tricky and smart in declining retruns.

I'm very disappointed order different design got different and the color fabric is totally different . I don't know how people trust this type of pathetic brand like they don't sell what they show. This is very unprofessional
