Extremely poor customer service. They have a few standard typed messages and for any complaints they simply copy paste those messages. Doesn't matter if it makes sense or not. Horrible customer agents. I won't even bother to call them customer service or care since there is ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE OR CARE!

Cheap stuff ordered paper cotton and recieve local level trouser stuff with poor embroidery. Totally pathetic. Waste of time and money.

I had high expectations from Asim Jofa, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product I received was of poor quality and didn’t match the fabric description provided on the website. They claimed the material was Cotton Silk and Chiffon, but what I got was substandard and completely different.

Despite reaching out to their customer service, my concerns were dismissed with irrelevant explanations and a lack of accountability. For a brand that claims to uphold quality, this experience shows a serious lack of quality assurance and customer care.

This was my first purchase (Order Number: AJ1242373), and it has left a bad impression. I cannot recommend Asim Jofa to anyone seeking value for their money or expecting honest service.

Very very pathetic behavior, the worst thing I received, it's looking good in pictures but I received local suit which is not worth it, and I contacted them through WhatsApp and they are not exchanging, even it's not a sale suit, I request people to not buy anything from this fraud
