I gave them a call, they answered the phone which was a refreshing surprise and I had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy Archer. Lucy was incredibly helpful, I didn't feel rushed and she was more than happy to get me the information I required. Lucy even emailed me the correct links to obtain a quote and I have now bought the insurance through them. Thank you Lucy for all your help.

Just spent a fruitless 10 minutes on the phone. Rang up to ask some questions and to get a quote only to be told they don't do quotes over the phone! Why they didn't put that on the website or on the IVR at the start of the call, goodness only knows. It's not difficult to do. I had a fruitless wait and the agents are stacked high with calls, some of which I'm sure will be for quotes. Very unprofessional. I'll go elsewhere.

Just to review update on my just landlords insurance. Today I received a call from a helpfull man .I received £50 as a goodwill gesture. And renewed my insurance I can send a cheque to pay the premium which I have done .Thanks for the good service today

There is no facility to login to your account on-line anymore. You need to ring them. They do not send renewal quotes early enough (still not got one within a week of the renewal date) for you to consider. I guess they are hoping you will automatically renew and not compare other providers. Very frustrating.
