I ordered a chair that was out of stock back in January, but was willing to wait til they got it back in stock so I expected it to take a while. However the chair has now been back in stock for a while, they still haven’t shipped my order and even worse, they have removed my order from my order history and still have my money. I don’t know what is happening either with my order or my money.

There is no facility to make a return. I logged in to my account and reviewed ‘previous orders’ after I logged in. There is only a link for making a claim on a defective product. Is this illegal?
There is no prompt on the receipt/ order information to make a return. Don’t make any orders from this company!
It took 3 months for most of my order to arrive and I am waiting for the final item which I have paid for.
Marrimekko hand towel is of poor quality and looks like a light fabric tea towel.
It is obvious that most of the 5 star reviews about the customer service are fake. I should have read the ONE STAR GENUINE REVIEWS before I ordered.
Don’t bother wishing me a good day when you reply it is fake sentiment.

Tilasin tilaustuotteen, toimitus luvattiinn 1,5 kk päähän tilauksesta. Sovittuna ajankohtana eimitään viestiä, huutelin perään, vastaus tuli muutaman päivän päästä. "Toimittajalla ongelmia, myöhästyy n 1kk" taaskaan ei kuulunut mitään ennekuin itse perään huutelin.Taas niitä ongelmia "tuotannossa". Kysyin suoraan tehtaalta. ei ongelmia. Loppujenlopuksi saimme tuotteen suoraan toimittajalta, tuotannosta.n 2 kk myöhässä alkuperäisestä ajasta. Ei minkäännäköistä anteeksipyyntöä

Bought a Marimekko rug. Sheds badly and of bad quality. I think it’s defective.

Thought it was nothing so bought a &Tradition metal stool. Metal ring came off in less than 3 months of purchase. No response from customer service.

This company is unethical and sells defective products. Avoid at all cost

Tuote on hyvä ja toimitus erittäin nopeaa! Haittana Matkahuolto, joka vie paketin milloin minnekin, kun onnettoman pienessä, toivotussa pisteessä ei näytä koskaan olevan tilaa. Olisi hyvä, jos Posti olisi valittavissa toimittajana.
